This last year has been one of changes, decisions, interruptions, new decisions, more changes, and the list goes on. We have recently moved into a house of our own after staying with relatives for 6 months. We decided that despite having to rent again, this would be the best atmosphere to bring up a baby currently, and with time ticking on, it had to be sooner rather than later. It is amazing how good it feels to have a proper kitchen, separate bedrooms and a whole house to spread out in, after you haven't had it for 6 months. We are at the moment enjoying all of this, as well as the gorgeous summer weather this year. I am about to finish 2 weeks leave, to go back until the baby is born, in late March.
The house and the block? well what can I say, we organised a soil test and the start of our plans in Late October and have not heard from the builder since, so things are not off to a good start right now. Very soon we will be in contact again to see where we are at in the whole process, not much has changed with the block of land, apart from the fact that it is fully fenced now.
Chelsea won't be at prep this year, as she was born after June 30, so she goes to Kindy one day a week for another year.
The pregnancy is progressing very quickly and I have been very well, apart from the standard tiredness and now, inability to move around as freely as I would like! As of tomorrow I will be in the 30th week and the baby is very active inside! We are booked in at the hospital and the babies room is completely finished with only one or two more things to buy.
I hope everyone's year throughout 2007 was as varied and interesting as our own! Looking forward to blogging more this year, as we now have a proper email address and internet access, I will email friends and family with these details very soon.
Enjoy your year!! Suzi xo
